Mobility and core function are two of the most important and reoccurring issues we deal with with our athletes.
This free workshop will give you the knowledge you need to keep the niggles at bay and help you build a bullet proof core to help prevent injuries.
We will cover what we consider the essential areas you can easily self maintain to keep you moving freely and safely, from the feet to T-spine.
We will also run though essential breathing and bracing drill required to give you a bullet proof core.
