Teilnahme nur mit Anmeldung per Mail. Es gibt 8 Plätze, das heißt, deine Zusage ist verbindlich und alle Aerial Klassen sind semi- privat da max. 8 Teilnehmer. Die Stunden sind auch für Anfänger geeignet. Der Unterricht findet auf Englisch oder Deutsch statt.

About Aerial Yoga:

Aerial yoga strengthens the whole body in an unconventional way and may also prevent and release backpain.
You can have a proper, sweaty workout, the strap or hammock helps you to get deeper into certain postures. Furthermore it is a great way to learn inversions such as handstand or shoulderstand for instance without any pressure on the spine or neck. On days where I dont´t feel like moving too much, I use it in a more restorative, yin way, with longer holds, floor work and more gentle, stretchy postures.

Each Aerial class ends in a delicious shavasana with a head, feet or back massage or a guided imaginery story/ meditation. And that is heaven pure. As well as my other classes, an Aerial class is an experience for your senses with fine chosen music (electro, slow techno, mantra, ambient), incense and cleansing rituals, oils, scents, focus on breathwork and proper alignment and also fun.

Please do not eat heavy two hours before (something light or a little snack should be ok) and drink lots of water, also during the class. If you have or had a shoulder injury or joint issue, please contact me before the class. Usually I cannot recommend Aerial Yoga in such cases. Also if you are pregnant or post-natal I cannot recommend Aerial Yoga.
