Ride4ROW is a weekend bicycle ride covering 100 miles of terrain over 2 days- with options to ride one or both days (50 or 100 miles).
All proceeds from Ride4ROW benefit Recovery on Water, a rowing team for patients and survivors of breast cancer.

The 2018 Ride4ROW will start and end in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and take place on July 28th & 29th.

**We will be riding on roadways and bike paths that require that you be able to keep a pace of 14 mph. All bikes are welcome but we strongly recommend a road bike OR a bike you know you can ride at least 14 mph on.**

Included with your registration for the TWO DAY ride:

- Hotel stay in downtown Milwaukee on 7/28 (double occupancy with room mate of choice, shared room, not shared bed)

- Ride4ROW Cycling Jersey

- One bag per rider (under 25 lbs) can be carried on the Ride4ROW bus & SAG Support

- Lunch on 7/28 & breakfast and lunch on 7/29

- Fuel at rest stops: bananas and Clifbar products

- A great cause to fundraise for and reason to finish!

**We will not be transporting cyclists or bikes to or from Milwaukee. If you have absolutely no way of getting yourself or your bike to/from Milwaukee, let us know and we'll do our best to help your coordinate travel.**
