The Phase 2 Course expands on the EPI Strength & Conditioning training system established on the Phase 1 Course. Whether training elite athletes, junior athletes or amateur athletes, learning the our methodology will help you raise your level to become an elite Strength & Conditioning coach.

On the Phase 2 Course, coaches will receive practical sessions focused on movement skills, linear speed, Olympic lifting, strength and power, energy systems development (ESD), sports rehabilitation and regeneration. Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of coaching cues, the art of coaching and advanced session/program/periodisation design.
