Weekly group training sessions.

6am or 6pm option available

Looking to run your first 5km, or maybe a faster 5km?
Improve running technique and utilise efficient training practices to improve your current pace, increase distance, or to work towards an event goal.
The session is held in a loop format utilising The Rail allowing everyone to work together within the group for the duration of the run.
No chance of being left behind or lost regardless of your pace or experience level.

$12 for casual attendance sessions

* Included in the package for current reflexion running coached clients - no extra charge

* Other picing options available are:

* Coaching package - $25 p/week
Full 7 day/week online coaching, training, groups, event planning, and advice.

* Membership - $18 p/week (direct debit)
unlimited weekly running sessions
unlimited access to reflexion strength and fitness classes

* $100 - 10 pack of sessions (save $20)
Valid for use with any reflexion running sessions or strength and fitness classes.
