Once a month The FitHut will be hosting a very special 90 minute Friday night Yin session. A class to help restore both body and mind from all of life's stressers. The first of our Monthly Yin sessions will take place Friday 20th April - 6pm!
Our fabulous Instructor Ali Mackenzie will teach you to explore the Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation and a Yin Yoga practice.
All 3 practices working together to help connect the breath, slow the mind and body down, to reduce stress and anxiety and to allow the body to move slowly and focus of the simplicity of the practice and stillness in your posture.
We will explore letting go of the "monkey mind" and bringing the thought into the breath which will allow you to deepen your practice and to find patience on and off the mat.
