Resilience is the ability to handle whatever life throws at you, remain focused and recover from unexpected setbacks. Join us to learn what impacts on your resilience, and discover tools and techniques you can use in your daily life to keep you on track.
The workshop will help you to:
- Learn how to cope when things aren’t going great
- Develop strategies so you can stay resilient when you need to be
- Recognise and react to from what your emotions are trying to tell you
- Understand the importance of self care
The workshop will be run by our resident trainer, Lesley, who has more than 25 years experience of being a coach and trainer.
