Welcome! Join us for a morning of rejuvination! We will be guiding you through a morning workout, Rollga session, yoga and meditation. There will be some great, healthy snacks and social time at the end. Event registration must be completed at least 2 days prior to the event. (Note: Space is limited to 12 participants)
