Known as ‘Future’ within the Black Lives Matter movement, Janaya Khan is a black, queer, gender-nonconforming activist (pronouns: they, them, theirs), staunch Afrofuturist and social-justice educator who presents an enlightening point of view on police brutality and systemic racism.

Join us for the chance at the incredible opportunity to speak with Janaya in person during our meet-and-greet. The event proper will begin at 6:30pm in the Rion Ballroom in the form of a moderated discussion by UF's very own Dr. Tanya Saunders, followed by a Q&A!!
