Monday beginners Aerial Hoop (LYRA) at Release!
This class is perfect for those who are completely new to hoop or those who would like to go back to the basics building a solid foundation of aerial and to improve flexibility.
You will learn to mount to hoop in various ways with safe dismount, create your own individual moves, find innovative combinations and routines while working on your strength and flexibility. Also, will create a foundation of cirque terms to help bridge knowledge of circus arts and proper cirque style training regimen.
We will recap moves taught in the previous classes, as well as teach new moves. This class helps to train your body and builds your strength to help you progress with your hoop moves.
During these classes we will work on conditioning, technique and tricks for beginners and improvers alike. We will also work on sequences on a hoop to develop an aerial routine.
You will learn aerial hoop techniques and tricks suitable for complete beginners as well as improving your strength and stamina if you already have some aerial hoop experience.
This is a challenging class for those that want to learn to play in the air. Improve your strength and flexibility while having fun!
