Part of the appeal of canning is the magical process that transforms fruits into shiny jars of jams and jellies. Join Jayne Ries, owner of Sheboygan's Bertram's Jams, Jellies & More, as she takes you on an introductory approach to preserving. This class will provide you with a basic understanding of safe preserving that you can apply to many canning recipes. We will be canning two different fruit jam flavors during the class. Each guest will be able to take home a sampling of the jam.
