Postpartum Restore Your Core Series
Join us for a 4 week series focusing on restoring, rebuilding, and aligning your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy.
You will learn:
Basic alignment and anatomy of core and pelvic floor
stretches that will assist in postural alignment focusing on hips, back, pelvic floor, and core.
How to identify and check if you have diastasis recti and what to do next.
Simple exercises that build each week for lasting effects.
An accountability face book group with additional tips, challenges, and helpful advice from Jen Byrne.

This series is perfect for moms who have had vaginal births or c-section. Non-mobile babies are welcome to attend with mom.
