Vinyasa Yoga Flow is a dynamic class enabling you to improve strength, health and flexibility. This practice involves variations of standing, seated, and balanced poses with a focus on alignment. It's a practice to inspire and invoke the physical and mental bodies while linking breath to movement. It's a great way to release tension, clear your mind, and strengthen your body.

Every class begins with pranayama (breathing) and ends with a final relaxation posture (savasana).
