Dr. Ultan Sherman (C.Psychol., Ps.S.I) is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. He is a faculty member of Cork University Business School, University College Cork where he lectures in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Ultan has worked with some Ireland’s leading companies in the areas of corporate wellness, diversity and organisational change. His presentation explores the practical implications of ‘positive psychology’ an increasingly important area in the work environment.
