Welcome to Anthony's Army. You've made the first step, and that's by showing interest in not only an amazing workout, but helping out a great program here in Charlotte.
What's Anthony's Army? It's not a bootcamp. It's not just HIIT. We incorporate dance inspired moves with weighted elements.. all to the beat of the music. By dancing, I mean.. you might be doing a lot of ab work too. It's truly a full body workout and I can't guarantee that you won't be sore the next day. Not only have I come up with a system of workouts that get your body working, but I want us all to create a community that is excited to come together and just feel good.
When we go through recruit training, you agree to the following:
We don't put anyone down. We all attend to become better and stronger, not only physically, but mentally as well.
You are going to give me all of the energy you've got. Nobody likes a dead room of people, especially me.
You push and you push until you physically can't.. and then we push some more. Encourage your neighbor and help them through.
We are a community. With every recruit training, proceeds are donated to local charities that give back to the community.
You show up, you show out, and you HAVE FUN!
On Sunday, April 15th, we will meet in the Barrel Room at Resident Culture Brewing Company to put on the inaugural recruit training of Anthony's Army. Your ticket includes entry to the workout, a 9oz pour of beer/kombucha after class, and a donation to the Time Out Youth Center. The Time Out Youth Center provides a safe space for our youth of the LGBTQ community and you're expected to be nothing less than who you are. Please make sure you stay after the workout for a beer and to network with your peers!
The minimum donation is $10 but feel free to choose a higher tier if you'd like! The fees that are charged by Eventbrite are not any that I am profiting off of. I'm solely doing this to give back to the community. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me at email@example.com. I'd love to help you out in any way that I can!
