In light of this year's theme of discovery, Ivan Brehm and the award-winning team at Reataurant Nouri welcome rising chef talent Ming Kiat, of super club Master Seed for a 4-hands dinner. Aimed at highlighting the impressive talent of a new generation of Singaporean chefs, this collaboration is another example of Nouri's commitment to craft, talent, and the spirit of "crossroads".

A graduate from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and a protege of Kaiseki chef Goto San, and Malcolm Lee, of Michelin starred Candlenut restaurant, Ming Kiat will be working alongside the established team of Restaurant Nouri to create a menu that highlights crosscultural cooking at its best.
