Enjoy the company of like-minded people in search of deep rest and inner peace.
Vishrant Yoga is a restorative and meditative practice that supports you to soften and release habitual patterns of tension. Floor based postures are held for longer periods to allow the body’s ability to open naturally and release resistance slowly. This can gently bring about a restoring balance and help those practising find a more peaceful way of being in the world.
Yoga Nidra is called yogic sleep, a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In this state, the body is completely relaxed while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra is a very powerful relaxation technique.
Our mini retreat offers you a space to relax into stillness and support your body’s need for rest and rejuvenation.
