This 3hr mini retreat offers you a journey of exploration through movement in which you can find new pathways within yourself for nurturing and healing.
No dance training or fitness level is required. Meditative movement is for everybody!
Through awareness, movement and meditation we quiet the mind and find restfulness within, insight and release.
This retreat will include:
-An introduction to free form movement including its definition, the origins, the benefits, how to let go into the movements, how to witness yourself, how to make the movements an internal process of awareness and what may be experienced.
-A full body warm up followed by a guided meditation and a short break.
-Conscious Movement Journey (demonstration by Kali before at start) through Gentle, Reactive, Chaotic, Expressive, to Creative/Authentic Movement (born from silence).
-A gentle stretching and cool down sequence.
-A relaxation meditation.
-Refreshments and fun!
