Hello Everybody!

I have made this ‘event group’ for those that would like to join me in the Whole 30 Eating beginning Monday April 9th! You may add friends to this group who also would benefit from the experience now or maybe in the future. We all know that accountability, support and motivation are top importance for success!

Eating can be a very sensitive and stressful subject. Let’s keep this a positive group! Let’s take pictures of our meals and share recipes. No need for negative opinions.

There are tons of info on Pinterest and Google including recipes, groceries lists etc.

This event group will run for two weeks then it will be consecutively followed by part two.
