*This 9 class session will meet from Monday, April 9th until Friday, April 27th on Mon/Wed/Fri from 6-6:45am.
*Cost for this session is $35 paid in advance for the entire session, or pay $4 per class. Punch cards are also accepted!
*Boot Camp focuses on strength & rest-based training using challenging weights & incorporating cardio. It's a total body workout that will build lean muscle and help you keep burning fat all day long!
*ALL ages & fitness levels are welcome! You'll work hard, but modifications are shown for all exercises.
*Experience community, accountability, and receive extra support throughout the week via our private Facebook group especially for Rev Boot Campers.
*SHOWERS AVAILABLE for those who need to get to work quickly!
