This group offers helpful ways of looking at health, food, physical activity, and your body. It is an evidence based six week program which uses scientific principles shown to improve health, self esteem and prevent weight gain.
Using mindfulness, hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy, this active, and engaging program can help you to:
