Offered to athletes ages 14 and up, our high school training will improve your athlete's speed and agility while improving their overall athleticism.
This training will be held on April 2, 3, 4 & 6 from 2:00 to 3:00 and will focus on:
- Speed Development and Running Fundamentals
- Functional Movement, Footwork, and Agility
- Power & Straight Line Speed
- Integrated Performance Training
This 4 day camp costs $80 per athlete for all 4 days.
