Offered to athletes ages 9-13, our high school training will improve your athlete's speed and agility while improving their overall athleticism.
This training will be held on April 2, 3, 4 & 6 from 3:00 to 4:00 and will focus on:
- Speed Development and Running Fundamentals
- Functional Movement, Footwork, and Agility
- Power & Straight Line Speed
- Integrated Performance Training
This 4 day camp costs $80 per athlete for all 4 days.
