Church of Felons, an award-winning documentary about addiction, loss and redemption in northwestern Wisconsin, will be shown at the Rice Lake High School Auditorium on Friday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m.
It will be followed by a question and answer discussion, featuring the movie’s director and some of the men highlighted in the film. Drug addiction and related social problems (poverty, crime, child neglect, etc.) are serious issues in our Rice Lake community and we encourage all Bethany members to attend this event.
Sponsors of this event are: Bethany Trust Fund, the Rice Lake Ministerial Association, the Barron County’s Sheriff Department, Red Cedar Church, the Rice Lake Area School District and Washburn County Health and Human Services.
Tickets are $5 in advance and are available at Marketplace; tickets will also be available at the door for $8. A limited number of free tickets are available for members of Bethany in the church office. Please call the office 715-234-9028 to reserve tickets.
