Unwind and reset with Liz every Sunday evening for a soothing yin yoga class. Yin yoga focuses on long, deep stretching in order to open into the connective tissues in the body. Poses are held for anywhere between 3-7 minutes to allow for ultimate surrender and release. Yin yoga is a great compliment to other dynamic styles of yoga practice.
