The Community Mindfulness Meditation series is a chance to experience the great benefits this simple practice can bring to your health and overall wellbeing.
At each session:
• Featured presenter will share insights to their meditation practice and lead a 20-30 minute guided meditation session.
• Learn simple mindful exercises that increase your awareness and focus.
• Learn about Mindfulness groups and activities and programs in our community.
• Mingle and a enjoy a light snack.
Samantha serves her community in a variety of ways. She is the office administrator, volunteer coordinator and back up platform assistant. She celebrates the joy, love and expression that is Unity of Wichita.
Samantha owns and operates Sam's Intuitive Arts, where she creates meditations mandalas, offers personal sessions, leads workshops and speaks publicly. She shares her life with her husband, Brian and their young son, Nevan.
