Fresh off of Collab Fest, join us for a four-way tapping of collaboration beers with some of our local friends. This year we teamed up with Odd13 Brewing, creating three distinct beers from the same wort, an old-world-meets-new-school showcase of brewing techniques. Side-by-side, we will have:
Haizon (5.1% ABV) - turbid mash farmhouse pale ale brewed with Styrian hops, then dry-hopped with Citra & Melba.
Squábblegöbs (4.1% ABV) - turbid mash new-england ipa brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic & Centennial hops.
Electric Kazoo (5.1% ABV) - turbid mash farmhouse pale ale brewed with passionfruit and raspberry.
As an added bonus, we'll tap a cellar keg of Saison Conspiracy Noir, a dark saison brewed with syrah grape must and aged in cabernet barrels. This was a collaboration with Funkwerks and features a 50/50 blend of both breweries' house saison strains.
For take home beers, you can snag Crowlers of anything except Squábblegöbs.
Cheers to this wonderful industry and the people that make it possible!
