This class is designed to introduce Beginners to our Barre & Pilates Mat workouts. Besides learning the basic movements and exercises done in a Barre and Pilates Combo class you'll learn how to find the right positioning in your body and how to tailor each exercise to your body and your fitness level. Our Barre classes can help improve postural alignment, core strength, and enhance mobility. You'll learn to do small controlled movements to achieve all over strength and get a great total body workout in!
