Rolling for Performance- FREE informational/interactive seminar. Connor Lovely, certified personal trainer, will lead participants through an an informative how-to on myofascial work. Benefits, tips and tricks, and why foam rolling and other myofascial release techniques will enhance daily wellness, elevate your training to the next level AND help you recover from your workouts. This seminar is interactive, so participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing that allows for generous movement. If you are interested in this event, please see front desk to reserve your spot.
