The Thinking Retreat is a 7-day, largely self-paced programme for you to take stock of your life, understand yourself, define the life you want to live, and lay out a plan to start working towards it. It’s based on important questions I’ve gathered and thought about over many years, in seeking to answer the question of what a life lived intentionally would look like.
This Retreat is open to anyone who is keen to participate in person, and is absolutely free of charge.
We’ll start each day together at 9:00am at Roam’s yoga area, where you’ll get a set of questions every morning to reflect on and answer on your own for the rest of the day. We’ll then reconvene at 5:00pm to share our thoughts and learn from each other. Since it’s mostly self-paced, you’ll have the freedom to fit in other activities during the day.
A pen and thick notebook for lots of writing (or your laptop if you prefer, although I’d recommend unplugging yourself from the internet to ensure you have an uninterrupted focus for deep thinking), your commitment to be honest with yourself, and your enthusiasm to contribute and learn from others.
