She Seeks Adventure hosts this Rock n Roll Mountain Biking clinic, The Fundamentals of Mountain Biking. An intermediate clinic for Women to improve your riding skills and techniques, while increasing your confidence to tackle new challenges.
Join the guys from the Rock ‘n’ Roll Mountain Biking team for a skills based ride around the trails of the Kalamunda Circuit.
This clinic is designed to improve your riding skills and techniques, while increasing your confidence to tackle new challenges. We will stop at trail features to outline both the theory and practical aspects of different obstacles, while guiding you through the vast range of trails in the Perth foothills. During this clinic we aim to cover topics like braking, cornering, line selection and climbing.
All conducted in a safe and friendly environment. Bike hire is available (extra $30) for those without who might like to try before you buy.

Guided Three and ½ hour intermediate clinic, Trail Support, Glasses, On going support through the She Seeks Adventure online forum, (Bike & Helmet if selected option)
Suggested equipment you need:
Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen (30+) &/or insect repellent, Clothes to suit the activity & potential weather conditions, Helmet- must be Australian approved and no older than 2 years, Bike – in safe and good working condition that must pass our safety check, Bike must have off road tyres fitted, Enclosed shoes, Shorts and Tee shirt, Water carrier and bottle, Knicks, Jersey, Gloves, a good sense of adventure.
This experience is suitable for all fitness levels and riding is suited to intermediate riders.

An instructor will guide you through the clinic stopping at trail features to outline both the theory and practical aspects of different obstacles, while guiding you through the vast range of trails in the Perth foothills. During this clinic we aim to cover topics like braking, cornering, line selection and climbing.
They will also share their knowledge and expertise on topics like bike set up, maintenance and equipment with you.
Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer & must be made at time of booking. Cash is not accepted on the day.
Strict 48hrs notice is required for refund. You are welcome to onsell your ticket if it falls within this time.
The event will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.
