Dinner served 11:30-1:30pm. Menu will consist of a hearty church basement food: meatballs, potatoes, bread. And Norwegian desserts: lefse, rømmergrøt, and almond butter cookies.
Presentations following Dinner 1:30-3:45pm. This will include a history of the Rock Dell congregation, a presentation about pioneer life, and a presentation by Rebecca DeGarmeaux, director of the ELS Ottesen Museum, Mankato, MN, about how congregations can better preserve their history, entitled: "Preserving Your Heritage."
Church Service in Norwegian 4pm, similar to what the early founders of Rock Dell would have experienced in the 1870's.
