For ages 9 - 12, & 12 - 16
East and Southeast Asian cuisines employ the use of a huge array of unique ingredients, flavors, and techniques. This class will explore these cuisines, cooking a full meal from a different country or region each day, and culminating in a fusion feast that we will share with our families. Bring your adventurous palate!
Lunch and snacks are included daily.

Families are invited to join us on the last day of class, from 12:30 – 2:00, for a final celebration and feast.
