For ages 9 - 12, & 12 - 16
In this, the ultimate comfort-food class, we will make doughs and sauces from scratch, combining them to come up with our favorite combinations. By week’s end each student should have a firm grasp on the art and science behind some of our favorite foods (as well as being incredibly full).

Lunch and snacks are included daily.

Families are invited to join us on the last day of class, from 12:30 – 2:00, for a final celebration and feast.
