Spring Bird Migration comes a little bit later in the mountains of East TN. Join our Special Guest Birding Guide Kevin Brooks on this birding tour at Rocky Fork. Kevin is a seasoned Birding Guide, completed his MS in Biology from ETSU, and has been in-charge of the ETSU Eagle Cameras in his spare time! No RSVP required. This is one Facebook Post for 2 Events. Birding in the Blue Ridge will occur:
Saturday, May 5th at 6-9:30AM EDT
Saturday, May 12th at 6-9:30AM EDT

Trail terrain is mostly level to gradual increases in steepness. Come prepared with good walking shoes, water, field guides, and binoculars. Species observed will depend on the time of year and different habitats explored.

Meet in the main parking lot at 6 AM. Will be back to parking lot around 9:30 AM
Difficulty: Easy - Moderate

All levels of experience welcome! These easy walks/hikes will be a great introduction for those interesting in birding or full fledged birders.
