Ashley Jonas, will be hosting a Foam Rolling/ Trigger Point self care workshop. She will be teaching us how to take better care of our bodies and overall health. She will explain what causes the trigger points and explain referral pain patterns. Trigger point therapy can release acute pain from tight or overworked muscles.
This workshop is for anyone - super active, desk job, stressed out, bad posture, and the list goes on. She will choose different muscles according to the associated pain. She will go through the muscles at a steady pace to ensure proper release of the trigger point.
