Skate with members of your community on skates or blades. We will skate for a duration of 30 minutes of continuous cardio (to fun music), and then we will perform specific skating motions to target your legs, glutes, and core.
This is a course designed for basic skaters – we will learn techniques together and encourage each other into better fitness, while having fun. If you can skate at an open skate, you can skate in this class!
Class is about an hour long. Optional 15 minutes at end to do some core work and stretching.
