Gentle Yoga is a singular passion for Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist, Sheila. Teaching a slower class with accessible movement means that students - even stiff, inflexible, and new students - can find their footing.
This class takes cues from Hatha and Restorative yoga, for both strength and comfort, and is based largely on the body's *functional movement* meaning the focus is on making sure you're moving in a way that will promote ease and longevity.
Open to everyone, come give it a try!
