Drop-ins are welcome $30 per class
Month pass is available for $99 to attend as many classes as you'd like scheduled in the month of April.
These classes are designed to implement proper joint and muscle tissue mobility. You can expect to go through a good general warm up to increase your body temp, then specific movements to create movement awareness, myofascial stretching and some ELDOA to decompress certain joints like those of the spine.
If you are looking to improve your mobility this is the class for you. This class follows the principles of Dr. Guy Voyer and is very appropriate for those looking to improve their posture and movement function. These classes are not meant to take the place of your general fitness or your specific ELDOA exercise but are great to supplement your current mobility and challenge your body and structure.
