Health Consumers Queensland extends a warm invitation to connect and share learnings at our 2018 Annual Forum to be held in Brisbane.
The 2018 Annual Forum [Thursday 14 and Friday 15 June] will explore the theme: THE EVOLUTION OF ENGAGEMENT and will showcase best practice consumer partnerships, while imagining what the future of engagement can and will look like in Queensland.
The forum will be held at the Royal International Convention Centre and is expected to attract more than 300 delegates representing the full spectrum of Queensland’s health sector.

When: Thursday 14 June and Friday 15 June 2018
Where: Royal International Convention Centre, 600 Gregory Terrace Bowen Hills, Brisbane
What: Health Consumers Queensland’s signature event will have an exciting new two-day format, featuring:
• Training and workshops for health staff and consumers and carers
• Networking session
• Inaugural Health Consumers Queensland Consumer Awards
• Expert keynote speakers
• Concurrent sessions
Price: $395 including GST (consumers attend at no cost via the application process - limited tickets apply)
Tickets available via EVENTBRITE and close on the 18th of May.
*Health Consumers Queensland has limited travel funds to support consumers and carers from across the state who aren’t assisted by their organisation.

:: INAGURAL HEALTH CONSUMERS AWARDS ::
We are excited to launch the first Health Consumers Queensland Awards. The awards were created to recognise consumers and carers and partnering organisations who have contributed to the way services are designed, delivered and evaluated, which has led to improved health outcomes for all Queenslanders. HCQ in partnership with Clinical Excellence Division will be announcing one winner in two categories, “Consumer Led Award” and “Partnership Award”.
Award submissions will close on Friday the 4th of May.
