Understand WHY IMPROVING your RUNNING FORM is so important, and to give you an arsenal of tips and tricks on how to improve your form & posture. Join us for a talk on improving form. Our form and posture talk is free of charge and all are welcome.

Topics to be discussed:
The Brain – How building new neural pathways improves running form
Stride Phases – The importance of muscle function/balance with regard to economy
Over Striding – how it affects foot strike and weight distribution
Foot Strike – Which is better and why. (Why heel striking is OK)
The Arms – Why they are so important
The Core – How core strength or lack thereof affects running posture and stride
Injury Risk – How improving all of the above will reduce injury risk.

If you have any concerns or doubts about your form and posture you can book a personal assessment. Chat to us after the talk and we can make an appointment. Bookings for assessments are necessary. If you attend the talk assessments, you will be discounted to R350 per assessment. (If you attend the talk)
