Two groups (steady and fast) will continue. The first group will normally average around 15 - 16mph and the second group around 17 - 20mph.

The course is about 15mile long, reasonability flat but includes a couple of drags.

We meet at the shop at 6.30pm or at the Bus Stop near pottle pool island at 7.45.

The 1st group is fast ride. Suitable for riders with group riding experience. Please note that this group will not wait if you get dropped so ensure you know where the route goes.

There is a section where the course heads up to Pottle Pool Island and returns back down. We recommend that should anybody get dropped then they plan to jump back onto the back of the group at this stage.

In the steady group we focus on group riding skills as well as getting a good workout. We try to keep the group together whilst keeping the average at around 16mph. Great practise for those new to riding in a group and want to rides with others at a similar level
