Want to get off the “Weightloss Merry Go-Round” and get on with your life?

Knowing your personal unique metabolic makeup and being able to chart changes to your metabolism and in your individual body composition makes finally achieving your goals easier and more permanent than you ever thought possible. We are excited to offer our exciting Metabolic Workshops which help to educate you over a 6 week period and provide data specific to YOU and how YOUR body is working all while watching the pounds melt away. The unique tests and analysis performed, during the 6 weeks, will provide you with individual insight into how your specific body acts and reacts to changes in diet and activity over the course of the program and will allow you to retain all the changes in your weight while providing you a roadmap for the future to finally achieve the goals your after once and for all!!

The workshop begins the week of April 16th. This first week we will use to do your initial testing and will contact you to schedule your appointment time. Following weeks we will meet on Tuesday nights at 6:00pm at RunnersWorld Tulsa 3920 S Peoria Tulsa, OK 74105

Each Participant will Receive:

6-Week Metabolic Workshop
Workbook, Exercises, and Personal Metabolic Template
Access to student portal to interact and engage throughout the workshop and after
(2) Direct Metabolic Testing/Analysis ($250 value)
(3) Detailed Composition Analysis and Review ($75 value)
(1) Body Composition Analysis including Bod Pod and InBody to track each participants
changes throughout the course ($99)
At the conclusion of the 6 week course, you will receive a Personalized Custom Caloric Plan which includes the changes you have made and a comprehensive plan to continue the weight loss going forward. ($100 value)
