Join us for an hour movement hosted in RYU's very own Park Royal location. A condensed version of MVMT Academy signature MVMT Class where we blend strength training, plyometrics, calisthenics, bands, and bells and then shake it up with some high intensity work to get you sweating and have you feeling stronger than you did last week. All ages and abilities are welcome, as we can tailor the workflow to your level. So whether it’s trying to cope with the demands of your sport, the outdoors or just everyday life, this class will leave you with the strength and stability to withstand the elements.
