Born and raised in North Vancouver, Janik has always had a passion for the outdoors and for fitness. Spending his high school days competing in track and field and wrestling Janik learned to love the process of improvement; and all the progressions, regressions and in betweens.
Spending the last 8 years helping others better themselves through one on one training and group classes Janik has seen the need for his clients to start to know their own bodies, joints and movements.
Expect classes that torch fat and burn muscle in a way that helps you connect to your movement and your body. Great connection to your body leads to great connection in your mind.
