Guests are invited to an interactive cooking class for a 3-course menu designed by chef Wandile Mabaso who specializes in contemporary French cuisine.The guests will get to prepare their own meal in pairs with the guidance of the chef and thereafter will dine and enjoy their meal which will be served and paired with local award-winning wine.The experience will focus on modern, clean, light and organic cooking techniques which produce concentrated robust flavours of the modern world.

Each week will consist of a different theme, style of cooking and wine pairing. We have some of SA's best chefs lined up to host classes.

Guests are welcome to bring along their own drinks. corkage charge of R100 per booking will be payable at the door.
