Cleansing is natural in spring – we often feel a deep urge to rid ourselves of old unwanted items, creating new space around us. Within the landscape of our bodies, we experience this natural cycle too. We may feel heavier than usual, congested, foggy and stiff. As we move into the warmer, dryer and vibrant springtime, we can experience new energy and lightness which can bring spring colds and allergies.
Join Malina Jewell as we honor the change in the seasons and learn basic Ayurvedic spring practices to support optimal health. Our workshop will include an Intro to Ayurvedic basics, a seasonal yoga practice suitable for all levels, and tips to keep you balanced both on and off your mat as we transition into Spring.
