Kombucha Workshop Will be covering:
-where kombucha originated from
-the healing qualities and beneficial bacteria
-the scoby, what is a scoby and how do I take care of my scoby
-then step by step instruction on how to brew at home
Cost: $35 and includes all of the supplies to make their own batch to take home.

Fermented Vegetables 2:30-3:30
Ashley will be covering:
-how to make your own vegetable ferments
-salt quality
-why fermented foods are beneficial to the body
-how you can get fermented foods into your daily diet
-what you can ferment and recipes
Cost: $30 which covers all supplies to take home a jar of fermented vegetables.

Water Kefir and Bone Broth:
Ashley will be covering:
-what water Kefir is
-why sugar matters
-healing properties of water kefir
-how to make your own
-how to take care of your water kefir grains

Ashley will be also covering bone broth:
-the powerful healing quality
-the amino acids that help heal the body
-what ingredients I use to make my broth
-how to make your own at home
Cost: $35 and it includes supplies for guests to take home their own batch of water kefir.
