This event is a valuable and integral feature of the MBSR course and is also for anyone who has completed a mindfulness course before and who wishes to deepen or refresh their practice.

Through a selection of mindful meditations, prose and poems we will be taking the time to step out of the almost constant ‘doing’ mode of everyday business and rest in ‘being’ - coming home to ourselves. The session will be mostly in silence with an opportunity to talk and connect with others at the beginning and towards the end of the morning.
