Join us at 6 pm in John Coleman Hall (beneath the parish offices) for an hour of relaxful stretching, yoga poses, and peaceful meditation. This class is a great way to reduce stress and improve physical fitness and flexibility. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experts. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and to get settled in. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Cost is $7, all are welcome, bring a friend!
